“Dome Port Hedland was constructed, projected managed and site managed by Steven Madaffari (Westruct Pty Ltd), with off-site Project Management/Administration assistance from the Projects team at Dome Coffees Australia (the client). The close relationship between Steven and the client (Dome Coffees Australia) was critical to the project’s success, as well as ensuring the smoothest construction and fitout process and highest degree of quality control.

The engagement of Westruct Pty Ltd at such an early stage of the project was also quite unique and critical to its success. Steven was integral right through the architectural design/planning stage, to design development, to compliance and certification stages. Having such in-depth background knowledge of all aspects of the design and development meant that there were essentially no additional overheads, or ‘middle men’, between architects, builder, project manager, certifier and client."
