We are currently one of the market leaders in the Great Southern Region with Our focus on Energy Efficient housing and we have developed many cost effective practical solutions to achieve these results.

We regularly utilize thermal mass walls and flooring and feature double Glazing as standard in all of our homes.

Our past experience in Commercial Construction also gives us the experience and confidence to integrate Commercial Construction products and systems into residential housing to make them very durable, low maintenance and high performance structures.

We have used mortised louvres and also remote control High Light windows for effective temperature control in our dwellings.

We also offer cost effective Electric Underfloor Heating solutions which can moderate the temperature of your dwelling and when integrated with a suitably sized solar system within a Thermally Efficient house design can almost be cost neutral when it comes to Energy Consumption Costs
