Formerly trading as Totem Pole Homes (established in 2002) specializing in building Custom Designed multi storey pole homes has gained us invaluable experience in dealing with difficult sites.
Due to the ever expanding nature, locations and variety of work Westruct Pty Ltd was formed in 2013 to meet the demands of more technical and logistically challenging projects statewide .
Westructs extensive portfolio , built over 25 years all over our great state, encompasses almost all facets of construction from residential renovation to multimillion dollar Commercial and Industrial projects.
A passion to deliver quality projects to clients on time and budget that generally exceed their expectations has seen Westruct receive acclaim from peers and Industry professionals alike and culminated in the Recent Prestige of the 2015 MBA Award Winner for Best Alterations and Additions between $2.5 – 6 Million category.
Founding member and director Steven Madaffari brings with him an incredibly diverse range of experience gained from the beginnings of a Carpenters and Joiners apprenticeship leading to an incredible career in managing and building truly Iconic and High Class Projects state wide.
Community Support & Building LocalWestruct are proudly associated and sponsor the Denmark Walpole Junior Football Club and are delighted to be a contributor to the Development of Junior Football in the Region. We believe that sporting clubs help form the backbone of the community and provide a support network and sense of belonging to participants and their parents and carers.
I was most impressed with the attention to detail by Westruct – always willing to take the time to ‘do it right’ the first time, especially when it came to ‘on-the-fly’ decisions and design alterations, some of which were raised by Steven during the construction process to make sure that the end-result was to the company’s high standards and expectations.
